Our History
Growing up my family had the tradition of spaghetti and meatballs every Sunday, my grandparents came over from Italy and made sure we continued an Italian tradition.
This Italian tradition is the root of my passion for food after high school I joined the Navy, where I cooked for thousands and moving up the ranks and cooking for chiefs and officers and eventually the XO (commanding officer).
