My kitchen is yours

Growing up my family had the tradition of spaghetti and meatballs every Sunday, my grandparents came over from Italy and made sure we continued an Italian tradition.

 

This Italian tradition is the root of my passion for food after high school I joined the Navy, where I cooked for thousands and moving up the ranks and cooking for chiefs and officers. 

 

Being a chef in the Navy also allowed me to become a night baker, making up to 900 loaves of bread a night, practicing cakes and morning pastries, donuts, and cinnamon rolls.

When I left the Navy, I worked in a restaurant learning more quality than just quantity. I excelled quickly where it became a passion I learned later in life. 

I took a break from cooking and drove a truck, allowing me to cook on the side. 

Over 25 years of driving and 2 million miles I grew tired of driving and went back to my passion for growing this business. 

Food is the root of every party, bad food equals a bad party. My food is excellent and if I come to cater your event I bring the party with me. I only use top-quality products, just like I would use in my own home.
